You have the right to return or exchange items ordered from us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If these conditions are met, as soon as we receive the item back from you, we will either exchange it or refund its full value. The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
To be as fair as possible, we send all orders with a free “Review and Test Before Payment” option. This allows you to try and inspect the product at the time of delivery. If it does not fit or you are not satisfied, you can return it immediately to the courier without having to pay for it — only courier costs apply.
