You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If these conditions are met, as soon as we receive the item back from you, we will either exchange it or refund its full value. The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be as fair as possible, we send all orders with a free \u201cReview and Test Before Payment\u201d option. This allows you to try and inspect the product at the time of delivery.
